Dr Daniel Chris Lee completed his medical training locally, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at YLL School of Medicine, NUS. Having had experience in fields of General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Orthopaedics, Dr Lee has honed skills in both acute and chronic care, with particular interest in sports medicine, orthopaedic and preventive medicine.

Dr Lee believes that healthcare should be embarked hand in hand with patients and thus aspires to have shared decision making catered for each individual. He is also currently embarking on his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM), striving to always improve his clinical skills and keeping relevant to the ever-changing landscape of Medicine.

Apart from work, Dr Lee aims to keep a balanced lifestyle in terms of sports and fitness. He has represented Singapore in multiple international competitions surrounding Contact Rugby and Touch Rugby. You may find him spending time with family or at the field if he is not in the clinic!

Dr Aaron Singh studied medicine at the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery as well as a Bachelor in Natural Sciences.

After completing postings in various restructured hospitals in Cardiology and Geriatrics, Dr Aaron pursued postgraduate training in the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme, where he served as Chief Resident for 2 years. He was awarded the Resident of the Year Award in 2018. During Residency training, Dr Aaron trained in multiple specialities including paediatric and adult emergency medicine, orthopaedics, obstetrics & gynaecology, and general surgery — exposure that continues to serve him well in seeing patients of all ages.

Dr Aaron is currently practising at Faith Healthcare (Rivervale). Growing up in Ipoh, he speaks English, Malay and Mandarin. In his spare time, he maintains a gym habit and finds time to volunteer at migrant worker clinics and Meet-The-People sessions.

Dr Lau studied medicine at the University of Southampton, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine. Having worked in various departments such as cardiology, internal medicine, rehabilitation medicine, and palliative medicine, Dr Lau has garnered extensive experience across multiple medical disciplines in various hospitals in Singapore.

Dr Lau has a special interest in cardiology and has assisted the cardiology department in running screening tests. His contributions in this area have been instrumental in the early detection and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, significantly improving patient outcomes.

In addition to his medical pursuits, Dr Lau is a fitness enthusiast. He is actively engaged in various physical activities including regular gym workouts and yoga sessions, embodying the principles of balance and wellness that he advocates for his patients.

Dr Ng is a family physician who graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2008. Having a keen interest in community care and family medicine, he pursued his postgraduate training in the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme and obtained his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2016.

Having worked in various departments in restructured hospitals — including Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Adult and Children’s Emergency, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Dermatology — Dr Ng has a wide range of clinical experience. He has also worked in the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics and SingHealth Polyclinics, building depth in chronic disease management.

Dr Ng is now the resident family physician in Faith Healthcare (Rivervale). He believes that prevention is better than cure. On his off days, Dr Ng loves to sit in a café enjoying his Americano while reading his favourite novel, and hits the exercise studio for spin sessions to burn the calories through high intensity interval training.

Dr Shaun Tan is a Family Physician practicing in Faith Clinic (Simei). He graduated with an MBBS from the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, a joint medical programme between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Imperial College London.

He subsequently completed postgraduate training under the National University Health System (NUHS) Family Medicine Residency Programme and attained a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine). His broad-based training included rotations in adult and paediatric medicine, dermatology, gynaecology, orthopaedics, general surgery, eye and ENT. He has extensive experience in primary care, having worked in the polyclinic for several years. During his time in the polyclinic, he was awarded the SQ Glowing Star Award in recognition of exemplary service.

Dr Shaun has a special interest in the prevention and management of chronic diseases, particularly diabetes and hypertension. He believes in providing holistic, long-term care and empowering patients to take an active role in managing their health. He also has a strong interest in preventive medicine and health screening, with an emphasis on early detection and reducing future health risks.

As a former athlete and an avid football fan, Dr Shaun enjoys keeping active through regular workouts. He believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is an important part of overall wellbeing and strives to incorporate this philosophy into his approach to patient care.

Dr Jeff graduated in 1992 from the medical school of the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS), obtained in 2002. Dr Jeff has helmed the Simei branch of Faith Medical Group since 2002, and is a well-known icon in this community — providing complete medical care to the families of this region for over two decades.

A busy father of two boys, Dr Jeff gets great satisfaction attending to children in his clinic. He is also a clinical tutor to the Department of Community, Occupational & Family Medicine at NUS, imparting his wealth of knowledge to medical students over the years. His social activism saw him elected as President of the Singapore Asthma Society for 2007–2008, and he is active in giving public lectures at community events.

Dr Jeff advocates for doing what you love and being true to yourself. The Simei community has shown its care for him too — often presenting him with home-cooked food, nourishing tonics, and gifts of appreciation.

Dr Chiang is a Senior Family Physician who graduated from The University of New South Wales in 2013 with a Doctor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Medical Science, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Medicine with First Class Honours. He is a Collegiate Member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and an accredited Family Physician with the Family Physician Accreditation Board.

Dr Chiang completed his postgraduate training in the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme, attaining his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2018. As a lifelong learner, he went on to pursue postgraduate diplomas in Dermatology and Mental Health. He has worked in diverse settings including Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, Polyclinics and Community Hospitals. He is a tutor with the College of Family Physicians and is passionate about teaching junior doctors.

Dr Chiang is a firm believer in compassionate, patient-centered primary care, with particular interest in acute care, chronic disorders, and preventive care. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and staying fit in his spare time.

Dr Jeremy Goh graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a postgraduate surgical qualification and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. After gaining experience across a wide range of specialties in major government hospitals, Dr Goh obtained a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and is currently a Doctor-Partner at Faith Healthcare (Tampines).

Dr Goh strongly believes that the key to effective healthcare is through patient education, and enjoys motivating patients to take proactive steps in improving their own health. He has a strong background in ENT and a special interest in the treatment of conditions such as allergic rhinitis, thyroid disorders, hearing loss and obstructive sleep apnoea. He has published several ENT research papers and attends overseas conferences regularly to keep current on the latest developments.

As an avid sportsman who plays tennis and golf, Dr Goh enjoys counselling and treating patients with sports injuries and prescribing physiotherapy exercises. You may occasionally see him at the gym above his clinic at Tampines Mart — or looking after his active toddler.

Dr Martyn Gostelow is a Family Physician at Faith Clinic (Jurong West). He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2015, and following his postgraduate training through the SingHealth Family Medicine Programme, obtained his Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from NUS in 2021 and a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology from NUS in 2024. He is an accredited Family Physician under the Family Physician Accreditation Board and a registered Family Physician under the Singapore Medical Council.

Dr Martyn is a part-time lecturer in the Division of Family Medicine at NUS, and an Adjunct Instructor with the SingHealth Duke-NUS Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme. He has been recognised for his dedication to patient care with the SingHealth Best House Officer Award in 2016 and the SingHealth Service With A Heart Award in 2018.

Dr Martyn has worked across Paediatrics, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Geriatrics and both paediatric and adult Accident and Emergency. He is a firm advocate of vaccinations, appropriate health screening, and views Family Medicine as the foundation of good healthcare: stopping the problem before it occurs.

Dr Mervin Goh graduated with a medical degree from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2015 and a degree in Biological Sciences from NTU in 2010. He gained extensive clinical experience across Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Paediatric Surgery, and subsequently obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from NUS in 2022.

Dr Goh currently practises at Faith Clinic (Jurong West) and constantly strives to achieve the best possible care for his patients. In his free time, Dr Goh enjoys reading and keeping up-to-date with the latest medical research.

Dr Jeremy Tan graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Originally trained in Psychiatry, the desire to contribute to a wider community of patients led him to make the switch to family medical practice. He is a Registered Family Physician since 2012, with extensive clinical experience in General Medicine, General Surgery, and Psychological Medicine, and has a special interest in Psychiatry.

Dr Jeremy has helmed Faith Clinic (Toa Payoh) since 1999. Toa Payoh, one of the oldest towns in Singapore, has a largely elderly population — and Geriatric Medicine has become his forte. He spends a great deal of time managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and lipid disorders. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer mentoring medical students from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS).

A supportive father to his children, Dr Jeremy makes time to be present in their activities from school to swimming. In his spare time, he goes jogging, swimming and plays badminton. He enjoys interacting with patients and helping them with afflictions in body and mind — and despite his long list of achievements, remains humble and continues to learn.
